Business outcome assurance

Your workflow says SUCCESS.
Your business says otherwise.

Guard verifies the business outcome after the automation finishes—then creates the evidence to explain what actually happened.

The invisible gap

A completed workflow is not always a completed outcome.

Automation platforms are excellent at showing what executed. Guard asks the question that matters after execution: did the business reach the state it expected?

01 / MISSING OUTCOME

The run is green. The owner field is empty.

A lead reaches the CRM, but nobody owns the next action. Guard treats the missing terminal state as the incident—not the successful API call.

Lead accepted CRM write Owner assigned

02 / DUPLICATE SIDE EFFECT

A retry becomes a second invoice.

Guard correlates attempts, destination evidence and idempotency keys before repeated side effects spread.

03 / STATE DRIFT

Two systems hold two different truths.

Source and destination state are compared inside an explicit synchronization window.

The assurance loop

From “it ran” to “we can prove it worked.”

Every monitored workflow receives a small, explicit outcome contract. Guard observes only the evidence needed to evaluate it.

Walk through the synthetic incident
01

Define

Expected terminal state, SLA and duplicate condition.

02

Observe

Pseudonymous signals, states, counts and acknowledgements.

03

Detect

Missing outcomes, duplicates and retry anomalies.

04

Explain

Incident, impact, recovery and prevention evidence.

Evidence, not surveillance

Built to answer the incident room’s next question.

What failed, what was affected, how quickly it was found, whether recovery worked, and what prevents recurrence.

Discuss a Private Pilot Any real pilot requires prior security approval and an agreed scope. This email link opens your mail app; it does not create an account or submit a website form.

PROPOSED PILOT · SUBJECT TO APPROVAL

30-day private pilot
1–3 non-critical workflows
Read-only monitoring
No sensitive customer data by default
Weekly evidence review
Final before/after outcome report
Public signup and live billing remain disabled.

Who this is for

Teams that still own the outcome after launch.

Built for automation agencies and automation-heavy teams maintaining business-critical workflows across n8n, Make, Zapier and AI systems.

AUTOMATION AGENCIES

Make reliability a client deliverable.

Observe multiple client workflows, preserve incident history and produce customer-ready assurance reports without replacing n8n, Make, Zapier or the platform you already use.

  • Multiple client workspaces
  • Tenant-isolated evidence
  • Recurring reliability review
AUTOMATION-HEAVY TEAMS

Protect the workflows the business depends on.

Verify lead, CRM, booking, payment, publishing and AI-workflow outcomes before a silent gap becomes operational work.

  • Outcome-level detection
  • Root-cause evidence
  • Recommended remediation

Controlled by design

High trust starts with a narrow boundary.

Read-only first

No workflow mutation in the initial pilot.

Minimized evidence

No sensitive customer data by default.

Explicit access

Connections are scoped, approved and revocable.

Honest reporting

Synthetic examples stay labeled; results require observed evidence.

Questions, answered

Before a pilot starts.

Is this another n8n monitoring tool?+

No. Platform logs remain useful. Guard adds a business outcome contract: terminal state, duplicate conditions, timing and evidence that the intended result actually happened.

Does Guard need customer payloads?+

Not by default. The private pilot is designed around minimized evidence such as pseudonymous event keys, workflow states, timestamps, counts, hashes and destination acknowledgements.

Does the pilot change live workflows?+

The initial pilot is read-only and limited to 1–3 non-critical workflows. Any remediation remains a separate, explicitly approved action.

Does this guarantee zero failures?+

No. Guard improves detection, evidence and response. It does not claim perfect uptime or that every incident can be prevented.

What do we receive after 30 days?+

A baseline comparison, incident and recovery evidence, reliability findings, known limitations and a decision-ready final report.
