Scope of this draft
This draft addresses the public AssureRun website and introductory email conversations. Private pilot data handling will require a separately verified agreement and disclosures before activation.
Information in an email conversation
If you email pilot@assurerun.com, the mailbox receives your address, message and any details you choose to send. The proposed purpose is responding to your enquiry and arranging a relevant conversation. Do not send credentials or client data.
Public demonstrations
The demonstrated workflow records and metrics are synthetic. This change introduces no lead form, registration, analytics SDK or browser storage. This does not establish that the hosting platform processes no IP addresses, cookies or logs.
Hosting, email and other providers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and the official mailbox is managed through Hostinger. The legal provider entities, processing locations, subprocessors and any international transfers still require verification.
